Denial

I was at a girls night on Saturday and wondered why they had all these fall colors up, pumpkins, gourds and smells of fall. All of a sudden it struck me that it is October--it is fall. Mandy said I was in denial. It's true! It had not even occurred to me that it was autumn. I'm still in denial. I just want it to stay warm and sunny. I went to the gym this morning and it was totally dark. I really do need to move! I want the sun early and late in the day.
I read a news report today about someone who was on a date. When the bill came for the meal the guy said he had left his wallet in her car and asked for her keys. Instead of retrieving his wallet he actually stole her car. Can you believe it!? I thought I had had some bad dates, but I would say this totally wins. The poor girl!
