Happy Birthday Melinda! The picture above is just a few of the friends at Melinda's party. It was a great group of people. I think this is the first social thing I have done all year with more than a few people. It was really nice to see people I hadn't seen in awhile and do something besides worry about school.We are doing an interesting project in my 611 class. We are going to focus on "living green." I think it will be very interesting and I look forward to learning more about the subject. In my other class, we have created a website for parents about teaching their kids about finances. I am personally going to learn a lot. That is something I enjoy about my classes. I do learn a lot about many different topics and web tools.
I can now eat fruit. I am so excited! I totally went on a chocolate binge for about two weeks. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I think I gained about ten pounds. (I am not exaggerating.) Once I found out I could eat fruit it felt so much more doable. I was so tired of veggies. I don't think I have ever appreciated fruit so much. :)

You look so great. I love that blouse! And your classes sound really interesting. Both of those topics (living green and teaching kids finances) are subjects I am very interested in, so please pass on any good info you get!
